2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling.

• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or refused future bookings.

3. Payments

• We accept major forms of payment including cash, debit and credit cards.

• All prices listed in-store or online are subject to applicable taxes.

• Service pricing may change without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

• Services provided are non-refundable once completed.

• If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify our team within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

• Retail product returns must be unopened, unused and returned within 7 days with a receipt.

• Clients must inform staff of any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions prior to receiving services.

• We follow strict sanitation protocols for tools, chairs and shared surfaces.

• Crown Barber reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
